RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn jewelry. We accept returns or exchanges of all necklaces and finger rings within 30 days of delivery. All jewelry that was used to pierce is final sale due to strict health concerns with no exceptions. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for return & exchange requests and include your name, address, order number, and reason for the return or exchange. You will be provided with a Returns & Exchanges Form and a return label if you are within the United States. We do not cover return shipping costs for International orders. Please note that all returns or exchanges sent to Maria Tash without a Returns & Exchanges Form will be shipped back to the sender at their expense. Items purchased on our website cannot be returned at any of our retail stores. Approved returns will be credited to the original form of payment. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error and we reserve the right to deny any unreasonable returns or exchanges, such as an item that has been damaged or altered. We cannot accept returns for merchandise purchased anywhere other than Maria Tash. If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased.

We have the right to refund a cash return as a company check due to the high-priced nature of our jewelry. Items purchased on our website cannot be returned at any of our retail stores.
Jewelry is delicate by its very nature. For all repair inquiries, please email email@example.com. Please include your name, description, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase. You will be provided with a Repair Form and asked to ship your piece with insurance to our New York location. Please note that any repair sent to Maria Tash without a Repair Form will be shipped back to the sender at their expense. Repairs take 2-4 weeks to complete and customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Maria Tash will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 60 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 60 days or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis. We cannot accept repairs for jewelry purchased anywhere other than Maria Tash. If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and need a repair please contact the original seller.
Custom orders are final sale, however if there is any issue please contact CS@mariatash.com and we'd be more than happy to assist. Production typically takes 4-6 weeks, but may take longer depending on the nature of the jewelry and the production needed.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 of delivery with photographs of your order. We will send you a return label for the incorrect or defective item so that it may be sent back to our New York location. Customers are responsible for the returned parcel until it is delivered to our store. Items that have any signs of use or damage will be returned to the customer.
WHOLESALE SHIPPING POLICIES
At the time of checkout, our client is given the option to split up their order into an "in stock" (A) and an "out of stock" (B) order. Items will be clearly marked as to whether or not they are available for shipment both on othe item's page as well as at the time of check-out. With this option, shipping (and customs/duties if necessary) will be paid twice; the A order will be shipped immediately while the B order will shipp once all pieces have been manufactured. If this option is not chosen, then the entire order, whether or not it is in stock, will be held until all out of stock items have been manufactured and will be sent in a single package.
