We want you to be completely happy with your jewelry and apparel purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange, refund, or store credit within 14 days of receiving your items. All returns must be unaltered, unworn, and in sellable condition.

To send jewelry back for exchange, refund, or credit, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return label. All items must be shipped in secure packaging, and include a statement of the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund, exchange, or store credit. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment minus the cost of the return shipping.
