14k signature Maria Tash crown garnet and cubic zirconia top paired with an 8mm garnet bottom. All stones in the crown top are bezel(cup)set for comfort. The bottom garnet is exposed in the Victorian filigree setting. Bottom stone size will provide ample coverage for most navel openings. All colors of gold are nickel free and hypoallergenic.
